Triamcinolone Acetonide cream contains a complex structure that is 9-Fluoro-11β,16α,17,21-tetrahydroxypregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione cyclic 16,17-acetal. The molecular formula of this molecule is C24H31FO6 and molecular weight is 434.51.
Each gram of Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.1% contains 1 mg Triamcinolone Acetonide (triamcinolone acetonide cream) in a cream base that is the combination of cetyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, cetyl esters, and many more compound.
Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream Uses
This cream is useful to treat a variety of skin problems including eczema, dermatitis, allergies, and rash. Triamcinolone lowers down the swelling, itching, and rashes, which can be a use of other skin conditions.
This cream is a low- to high-potency corticosteroid. The efficacy depends on the percentage and dosage form that you use. For details on the strength of this product, you may ask your pharmacist.
How to use Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream?
Use this cream is only recommended only for topical application. It is not recommended to use it on the face, groin, and underarms unless directed to do so by your pharmacist.
Before applying the cream it is suggested to clean your hand with soap. Before application of the cream, clean the area where you have to apply. A thin film of the cream should apply to the affected area and do not massage the cream.
